1. Your experience when you coached Chennaiyin FC? 

Ans: It was very interesting, especially because of the covid pandemic and to be in the Bubble. I don't had the time for a professional pre season work. This was what I missed very. The players and the staff where very enthusiastic and everyone have done a good job.

2. You also coached in other countries share some experience, when you coached there? 

Ans: According to my experiences in the other country's the football is better organised. This is also the bigest problem for the Indian footballer, long holidays, no game's, no proper training, short season. I think the first step when you you building up a house is to put the fundamentals, after you continue with the remaining work, if you don't your building will never be stable.

3. Your views on Indian Football? 

Ans: In Indian football I see a big potential. India is one of the largest populated countries in the Earth and you have a lot of talents around. You have to give them a good football education and a better organized structure to develop them. The National team needs better results because India is a very proud Nation with a big soul and heart and if you have good results there it will give a big push generally.

4. What do you love about India? 

Ans: I love the friendly people's who wants to help me in every situation, There is a big potential in the players which was never explored and lifted. The player are very hungry and they wants to show you that they are good, but the tactical and technical ground education was not there and they try do to everything *instinctual* what is very good but football is a very inteligent sport, and every super talent have to learn, how to use his talent and to play for the team and how you implant the tactics in your game which will helps the team.

5. What you will say on Edwin Vanspaul & Anirudh Thapa? 

Ans: Edwin and Thapa are two interesting and different players. Acording to me Edwin is never a right back, he is a good midfielder who understands the game. It is important to find the right position for the players because in that position he enjoy can the game and he can give the best for the team and also he can be more effective. It needs time also to find out, but the time was too short because there was no friendly games or preperation but in the end Edwin showed that he is a very good central midfielder. Thapa unfortunetly get a bad injury and he was out together with Civilaro and this was the bigest problem for us, as a team we can't compensate his absence and this shows how important player he is.

6. Are you looking to come again in India?

Ans: If I get a offer I will consider definitely.

7. Your message to the fans of Indian Football

Ans: The fan's are very passionate. I like them very much. Unfortunately we had to play in empty stadion , very bad. I missed them..My message to every Indian football fans, Including Chennayin fans is that, Football is a beautiful game and without fans it is not the same. We belongs together, Every victory make us feel proud and after a loosing game we can show that we belongs together and they helps us to stand up.
